We are looking for an organised, motivated and supportive Band 6 Primary Healthcare Practice Nurse to join our phenomenal team here at MOD Lyneham, Chippenham.
This is a Fixed Term position till 01/04/2024. This role offers 37.5 hours per week and requests to work flexibly will be considered, taking into account business needs.

Main duties of the job
As the chosen candidate, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team delivering primary healthcare nursing including elements of occupational health. You will be working with the Senior Practice Nurse or Senior Medical Officer within the medical facility.
As the post holder, you will be able to work unsupervised and provide nursing care to the MF population at risk. You will hold an individual case load, and through consultation identify, assess and diagnose patients with complex health needs, minor injuries, minor illnesses and specific diseases within level of competence.
