Main duties of the job
Patients are serving members of the Armed Forces. DMRC provides medical consultant led rehabilitation for patients with complex needs who may have sustained multiple injuries; this includes neurological injury and complex trauma. In addition, the Centres of Spinal and Upper Quadrant, Lower Limb and Specialist Rehabilitation provide the consultant led multidisciplinary management at secondary care level. DMRC Stanford Hall is equipped with a full Radiology Suite consisting of a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Scanner; a Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry scanner (DEXA); a Fluoroscopy room; a general X-Ray room & Ultrasound.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing imaging and non-imaging investigations for the full range of patients referred to the Radiology Service.
- Working closely with members of Senior Management Teams assisting successful implementation of key initiatives for the Unit (DMRC), contributing to management meetings where appropriate.
- Ability to multitask and required to maintain concentration where the work is unpredictable and often complex. There are frequent interruptions when focus must be altered to take care of a specific request before returning to the initial task.
