Job summary

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for driving successful service transitions in complex IT environments? We're looking for a Service Transition Manager to join our dynamic IT team.

As a Service Transition Manager, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of service transition activities that meet stringent time, quality, and scope objectives. You'll contribute to a vital organisation supporting over 70 NHS and non-NHS customers. Main duties of the job

Your key responsibilities will include:

o Policy Development: Establishing and maintaining service transition policies, processes, and procedures for the organisation.o Project Leadership: Delivering service transition activities for highly complex programmes of work, utilising industry-standard methodologies and best practices.o Documentation: Leading the creation and delivery of service transition documentation, including drafting and preparing essential documents.o Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing all aspects of delivery within the service transition function and providing regular, detailed reports.

Key Requirements:

o Proven experience in service transition and managing complex programmes.o Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.o A full, clean driving licence and access to a car (or suitable alternative transport).
