Job summary

This is a senior leadership role within the Development Directorate that will be critical in delivering SCW's Growth Strategy which is developed as part of the annual business planning process. Working with the leadership team, this role will play a central role in delivering a portfolio of growth strategies, successful bids and strategic campaigns to our existing and new customers.

Main duties of the job

  • Realise SCW growth through effective leadership of the development and delivery of growth strategies, new value propositions and solutions, bids and tenders and the implementation of growth campaigns that demonstrate visible value and impact to our partners organisations and their populations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maximise growth opportunities and exploit the full breadth of SCW talent and skills, services and products to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary value propositions to existing and new customers to address prevalent challenges.
  • Engage directly with the market and customers to create new 'white space' opportunities for SCW through effective market insight, building new relationships and effective stakeholder engagement and influencing
