Job summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide business analysis and change management expertise to support Business Intelligence projects and assignments within Digital Data and Technology (DDaT). Whilst leading and motivating project teams drawn from other areas of SCW and from external partners or stakeholders.

This role is suitable for a experienced business analyst with a desire to work within the NHS, ensuring value for public money and helping to improve outcomes for patients through innovative, efficient and robust project management and leadership within Digital Data and Technology.

Main duties of the job

As a business analyst you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will join a motivated team of Project and Programme Managers where you will concurrently manage and deliver multiple analysis assignments for application and data driven projects.Day to day, you'll ensure all assignments are delivered to time, cost & quality while tracking and recording any deviations. Assemble analysis designs and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately.

Essential experience:

Minimum of three years' demonstrable Business analysis experience.

Business Analysis qualification such as (BCS, CCBA/CBAP, IIBA,).

  • Experience of managing 4/5 analysis assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience of Data warehousing and reporting
