You will work within our Transformation Service line within SCW developing business and management skills, relationship building and negotiating skills as well as communication and analytical abilities. Within your role you may work on projects or work streams, utilising your skills and experience to encourage the development and delivery of innovative, efficient and customer focused services and products.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will have a clearly planned 2-year development journey and a permanent role at the end. You will be placed within our Transformation Service line, supporting the delivery of high-quality health and care consultancy. This will include supporting improvements to quality of care, experience of care and ultimately the sustainability of care.

Throughout your 2-year scheme, you will work 5 days a week, with allocated time for your own professional development. This time will include undertaking a Junior Management Apprenticeship, and you will also attend a range of training and development organised by SCW.

Main duties of the job

So, what are we looking for? You will need to be a graduate or will soon to be a graduate of any degree, with a minimum grade of 2:2. You'll also need to have good Maths and English, Grade C/4 GCSE or equivalent.
