Job summary
This role supports the delivery of SCW's internal communications and will be a key part of the People team support and leading the management of change within the CSU.
The post-holder will help to ensure (1) our staff understand our purpose and direction, (2) feel listened to and valued and (3) have access to right knowledge and materials to do their best for SCW, our customers and people.
Main duties of the job
- Helping to ensure our staff are working as productively as possible, feel valued and are aligned with our strategy through effective internal communications
- Supporting other projects which help to we ensure that external audiences are aware of the services we provide to help improve population outcomes

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering day-to-day communication to our staff and supporting their line manager and team to ensure that SCW's internal and external stakeholders are supported efficiently.
The role is full-time (37.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday) - 6 months Fixed Term contract.
