The Systems Development & Applications Services team at NHS Arden & GEM CSU is seeking an enthusiastic M365 Solution Developer to help expand our capabilities and drive innovation. This role is key as we design, develop, and enhance Power Automate Flows and Power Apps solutions that enable healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most - delivering quality care.

Main duties of the job

As an M365 Solution Developer, you will:

  • Collaborate & Communicate:Build strong relationships across the organisation and with customers, translating complex information into accessible insights.
  • Innovate & Implement:Design and develop M365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate Flows and Power Apps, to meet customer needs.
  • Support & Train:Provide training and support to users on what you've developed, helping them make informed decisions and improve their technical skills.
  • Analyse & Optimise:Evaluate and enhance existing flows and solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Document & Develop:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
