Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and innovative individual to join our team as an Communications and Engagement Support Officer. You will have excellent communication skills, be reliable, flexible and well-organised.
The post holder will support all aspects of communications and engagement activity as part of the Communications and Media team, supporting local leads and customers in the delivery of digital and offline services.
Main duties of the job
A strong communicator, you will work across all aspects of internal communications, customer communications and digital communications. Please refer to the Job Description for full details.
Your working day will be varied with multiple tasks and competing deadlines, so you'll need to be efficient, well organised and confident working independently. As well as being able to use your own initiative and developing new ideas, you will also enjoy working as part of a team. You don't need to have NHS experience; what's important is that you are passionate and enthusiastic, can learn quickly and are happy dealing with people at all levels.
