Provides management and workload direction within CSU Data Processing and Reporting Unit (DPRU), for CSU DC BI service, taking a lead on the delivery of project work, developing high quality, fit for purpose analytical outputs and insight for the NHS England Direct Commissioning services.

Will provide additional analytical support for DPRU routine and analytics work as required, to ensure the DPRU provide effective support to the analytical service teams and directly to NHSE customersWill attend all operational meetingsWill manage and support the implementation of forward-thinking optimally performant solutions that release capacity back into the DPRU and analytical services teams.Will manage and support the implementation of initiatives to drive service efficiencies and process change and transact these through into operational processes.Develop and support the promotion of DPRU products that support a shared version of the truth and a do once delivery model.Provide managerial support within the DPRU teamManage and drive the uptake of the NCDR Portal, or equivalent data platformWill define and develop content for the NCDR portal, or equivalent data platform and support the process of continuous improvement of contentDesign and create data visualisations in Tableau, or alternative data visualisation tool, to support stakeholder requirements, iteratively developing prototypes and designs through to completionEstablish standards and best practice for Tableau dashboard design and support peers as a Subject Matter Expert to support skills transfer across the directorateUtilise SQL stack to automate the generation of outputs which are Excel based, including SSIS and SSRSWill ensure all Ad-Hocs reporting requests are logged, quality assured and delivered to agreed scheduledUndertake analysis of pathway centric data, focusing on patient journeysUndertake analysis, developing an excellent understanding of clinical services and service specifications and utilising this understanding to provide story telling, meaningful narrative and insights

- Evidence of continuing professional development
