The post holder will be required to provide management and workload direction within CSU Data Processing and Reporting Unit (DPRU), for CSU DC BI service, to ensure the timely receipt and processing of data and for the delivery of central business intelligence products supporting NHS England Direct Commissioning services
Main duties of the job
As a Senior DPRU Analyst you will be supporting with the provision of information analysis within the CSUs Data Processing and Reporting Unit (DPRU).
The Post Holder will work with the DPRU Team Managers, the Analytical Lead and the Head of the DPRU to ensure the effective service delivery of core service outputs are delivered on time and as per requirement.Will provide analytical support for all routine DPRU work, providing effective support to the analytical service teams and directly to NHSE customers
and take specific lead in subject matter area agreed with a DPRU Team Manager.
Will attend all operational meetings as required.
Will ensure all core data flows have been accounted for and will ensure the analytical services and customer teams for all DC Functions have been informed.
Support the drive to increase the uptake of the NCDR Portal (or equivalent data platform).
Will develop content for the NCDR portal, or equivalent data platform, and support the process of continuous improvement of content.
Design and create data visualisations in Tableau, or alternative data visualisation tool, to support stakeholder requirements.
Will produce the following to agreed schedules.
