We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join the management team as a Team Manager for 12 months. The role is to manage a team of c15 people and support the daily effective running of a busy department which is going through significant change. As a Team Manager you will be required carrying out quality and performance management, providing feedback, training and coaching to team members. Highlighting processes that require review and making suggestions to improve quality and efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role of Team Manager will be responsible for:
Daily Management of a team of up to 15 people
Delivery of people plan including 121's, coaching, personal development plans
Responsible for the management of team and own workload and priorities
Manage, reschedule, prioritise and plan for any day to day workload that arise to deliver the screening service in line with the daily contractual deadlines
Manage the communication of complex and sensitive information/data
Management of risks pertaining to the screening service linking in with NECS risk management policies and procedures
Management and delivery of improvement projects
