Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to apply for the role of Administration Officer to join the All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) & LeDeR team. The services offer an array of clinical services to a wide array of clients across the health sector, including ICB's, acute trusts, health and social care partners and individuals and their families. The Administration Officer will be a key member of the Engagement & Development team working alongside all localities to strengthen and develop our services.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that will transform the way AACC and LeDeR delivers its service to all stakeholders including internal staff teams, wider NECS services, patients and their families, ICB's and other professional stakeholders. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of a busy team, providing support to both the direct teams and wider NECS colleagues.

Hybrid working is offered meaning the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home, NECS offices and customer locations.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone with an expertise and passion in delivering a high standard of Administration. Key tasks will include but not exhaustive too.

Provide effective and efficient support for in the Engagement and Development team as well as All Age Continuing Care and LeDeR.

Be part of the development of new initiatives within AACC and LeDeR.

Support wider AACC and LeDeR teams' business development.

Inform AACC and LeDeR of information relevant for the continuation and development of services, including reporting support.

Support resilience for the wider central AACC Team and LeDeR.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and survey's etc using a range of office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Provide diary management support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Support project work within the E&D team as directed with minimal supervision.

Administer training and development events for colleagues with the wider team.

Monitor and respond to a number of inboxes in a timely manner.

  • RSA III typewriting (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or experience of working as a personal assistant to a senior manager.

  • Experience working at a personal assistant/senior administrative level in a complex organisation.
  • Experience in planning and organising complex meetings.
  • Experience in attending and recording minutes of internal and external meetings accurately.
  • Experienced at complex diary management.
