Job summary
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) work across the UK to support the Health and Social care arena. We deliver a diverse range of services from clinical to business intelligence and service planning and reform.
NECS are excited to be recruiting a new permanent post within the Continuing Health Care (CHC) team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which will transform the way CHC delivers its services to stakeholders including internal staff teams, wider NECS services, patients and their families, ICB's and other professional stakeholders.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion to deliver a high standard of administration support and process driven services and a keen eye for detail.

This is an agile post which will involve both working from an office and may involve some home working.
As part of this role you may be required to support with work across County Durham, North Cumbria and Tees Valley localities, as such the base of these posts can be flexible across these 3 areas, according to the needs of the individual.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will involve; outlook diary management, processing assessments, sending funding letters, telephone contact with professionals, families, and clients. Attend and accurately minute complex internal and external meetings/events as required, assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Manage relationships with administrators of client representatives and other external partners.
Experience in Excel would be an advantage as some roles involve working with data associated with funding arrangements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required in addition to being able to work as part of team but also using own initiative at times with minimal direction to achieve tight deadlines and targets.
