Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administration support officer to join the Health Access Team for asylum seekers within Swansea Bay University Health Board.
The Health Access Team is a dynamic and innovative nurse led service. It provides a holistic, person centred approach in assessment of an individual's physical and emotional well-being, The team promotes healthy behaviours and delivers public health services. The team sign posts and refers to services, voluntary support and translated health information. The team advocates for individuals, and represents the needs of asylum seekers in a variety of strategic forums.
The team promotes a nurturing supportive environment to ensure Staff will thrive and reach their full potential within the service.
Innovation and opportunities for professional development are encouraged within the confines of local, national and international policies.
