The Central Resourcing Team at Swansea Bay University Health Board are recruiting.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidates will have previous administration experience with a high level of computer literacy and will be able to deal effectively with prioritising workload and deadlines.
Please note: This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work two days per week in the office.

Main duties of the job
Assist appointing managers in the production, amendment and authorisation of vacancies in order to fill vacant/new posts in a timely manner and in line with agreed KPI timelines, in particular with the on boarding process.
Liaise with appropriate appointing managers and appointed candidates and keep them fully informed of the progress of their recruitment.
Review progress of all pre-employment checks as necessary via our recruitment management system, identifying delays in process and linking with candidates, managers, shared services and occupational health colleagues, to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.
Negotiate with and influence key stakeholders where necessary to support the Health Board's objective to reduce the vacancy gap.
