This an exciting opportunity for two health care support workers to work in the busy main Outpatient 2 Department.

The successful candidate will be working across the two main outpatient departments on the Neath/Port Talbot site.

The two Outpatient departments provide nursing support to both medical staff and patients for varied specialities including ENT and Ophthalmology.

The nursing team working closely with the clerical staff to ensure the smooth and professional running of both Outpatient departments.

Main duties of the job

The post will require working in both Outpatient departments within the Neath/Port Talbot Hospital.

The post holder will be responsible for supervising a clinic area, carrying out point of care testing for INR clinics as an essential part of that team.

The post holder will be expected to hold the QCF level 3 qualification or equivalent.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
