Job summary
Great opportunity to work for the NHS
Role will involve working for the Portering department in Neath - Port Talbot Hospital
As a general porter you will be trained to work in all areas and departments which require Portering input.
Main duties of the job
Transferring of patients via trolley, bed and chair
Collection of blood products
Adhering to all Portering tasks via use of radio
Changing of gas cylinders
Liaising with Portering team leader and coordinator to deliver and excellent Portering service
Attend all training including manual handling and online training
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
