Job summary

Provide support to the Business side of the Bank Service within Swansea Bay University HB.

To lead on the recruitment and retention of Bank Staff. Ensure payroll functions are working and met for all Bank Staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

To provide and efficient support to the Bank Office for Recruitment and Payroll

To Lead on Recruitment for Bank Only posts and undertake the full admin cycle of the Recruitment path.

To be responsible for pay returns and queries relating to hours worked and submitted.

To work collaboratively with stakeholders.
