Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a Specialist Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to join our excellent team. You will be part of a pro-active Occupational Health Nursing team and be involved in all aspects of the service providing a comprehensive service to our staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within Occupational Health, proficient IT Skills and a flexible pro-active approach to work to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload.
Main duties of the job
As an Occupational Health Nurse Adviser you will be able to provide specialist guidance and support to managers and staff, without direct supervision in accordance with national legislation and local policies, procedures and protocols. Your responsibilities will include the day to day delivery of occupational health services, health assessments, immunisation and serology, health surveillance and Management referrals whilst also being involved with the wider team to help us make continual improvements.
