Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic admin coordinator to join the radiology department at Singleton hospital. The post will involve liaising with clinicians and patients to coordinate referrals and appointments. Other duties will involve a rotation to support the radiology reception desks.
You will receive training in the radiology admin systems and be fully supported in training for the role. We welcome applications from admin apprentices within the health board.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the supervision of the Admin Manager to provide efficient administrative services to the imaging department. The post holder will follow standard departmental administrative procedures and be involved in the review and development of these as required.
