Job summary
We are pleased to offer a 6 month fixed term 22.5 hours opportunity within our Pre-registration department.
The Pre-Registration clerk post is based at Singleton Hospital Swansea.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department providing the day-to-day administration/clerical/data entry support for the Services. The post holder will be responsible for inputting new referrals onto the WPAS and WAP systems, updating the new referral information.
Competency in clinical systems such as WPAS/WAP, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, organisational skills, enthusiastic, and motivated.
The successful applicant will be aproactive team member who can demonstrate efficient organisational and prioritisation skills in order to contribute to the smooth effective operation of theteam.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
