Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 8 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
If youwish tobe offered on a secondment basis, you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.
To provide comprehensive project management support to the health board's response to the Covid inquiry ensuring compliance with information and statement requests from the National Covid Inquiry team.
Main duties of the job
To support the project management of the health board's response to the Covid inquiry;
To develop, implement and manage the processes to respond to the inquiry within deadlines;
To work with the health of corporate governance, archivist and legal team in the collation and analysing of archived information to support the drafting of witness statements as well as sourcing and reviewing new information to respond to requests from the inquiry for inclusion in the archive;
To attend meetings with the legal teams and potential witnesses to take forward actions as required;
To ensure statements and evidence are appropriately stored, organised and submitted by deadline to the inquiry;
To support the archivist in the management of the archive as required.
