Job summary
We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to work within the Primary and Community Services and Therapies Group.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join the team, who possess experience in a range of IT systems / packages coupled with proven administration skills.
Main duties of the job
The main duties will include administration tasks surrounding invoices, data entry, communication with colleagues and outside organisations, supporting the team and general administrative tasks.
The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work using own initiative, and as part of a team. The successful candidate will need to work to tight deadlines, be able to prioritise workloads, having an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience of NHS systems including Oracle would be advantageous but not essential as full, comprehensive training will be given.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
