You will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of MEMS technologies, as well as a proven track record of success in managing complex equipment-based projects and driving research and development. Main duties of the job
As a Consultant Clinical Scientist, you will be providing leadership for, and managing a large Health Board-wide service over 3 hospital sites as well as renal technical services, in total over 40 members of staff and significant budgetary management. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of equipment solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. Your excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills will be essential for working with a range of medical, clinical and non-clinical members of staff, industry representatives and professional groups. You will be expected to present balanced and succinct information across the organisation up to executive level.
