Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a successful candidate to apply for a position required to support the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering catering services to patients, staff and visitors in accordance with the Health Board Food Safety policy and all related and relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
The position will support barista and catering services at Royal Glamorgan Hospital. and will assist in developing, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of service delivery, supporting, team working practices and the Facilities Unit commitment to EFQMS; and helping to maintain open and effective communications.
The post holder will work either as part of the ward based catering team or as part of the dining room/coffee shop staff and will be responsible for food preparation or regeneration, meal service and cleaning of all catering areas.
