Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Skin Cancer Specialist Nurse to join the dermatology team at Cwm Taff Morgannwg University Health Board. The post holder will work towards being a clinical expert, acquiring the skills, specialist knowledge , expertise and credibility through direct clinical practice, training and support from the senior Skin Cancer Specialist Nursing team across Cwm Taff Morgannwg University Health Board
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work alongside the multi-professional team delivering care to patients with dermatological cancers. Will be involved with providing advice, support, and information from the time of diagnosis and throughout the patients care pathway from consultation, treatment, and aftercare. They will work as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless service for patients, carers and staff. The successful candidate will be supported with the relevant education and training.
