Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) on the Admissions Unit in Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
Candidates should have experience within the field of Adult Mental Health.
The Admissions Unit is a 14 bedded Acute Psychiatric admission and treatment ward Mental Health assessment for all adults within RCT & Bridgend.
To undertake the role of named nurse providing assessment, implementation of care and treatment and evaluation.
Ensure the care given is patient centred, multi-disciplinary, collaborative and evidence based.
