Job summary
Join our dynamic People Directorate team and play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team. We're looking for an organised, proactive individual to provide efficient administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
You'll manage your own workload, prioritising tasks and working independently while using your initiative to handle urgent matters. Responsibilities include acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meeting papers and agendas, and organising meetings with all associated arrangements.
Flexibility is essential as you'll support the Business Support Manager and colleagues across the Directorate when needed. You'll also process requisitions and invoices using Oracle, and ensure goods are ordered and received promptly.

Main duties of the job
Provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the People Directorate Senior Leadership Team.
Support the day-to-day running of the Senior Leadership Team office and ensuring their business is managed effectively and efficiently.
Work flexibly to support the Business Support Manager, and assist and support other colleagues within the People Directorate as required.
Support the co-ordination and provision of meeting papers and agendas.

- ECDL certificate or the equivalent level of experience using Microsoft Office packages.
