Job summary
The post holder will hold a key role to Mental Health Services by providing Support of Medical Staffing for the Adult Mental Health Directorate.
- Co-ordinate in the recruitment process of Medical Staff.
- The Post Holder is expected to work flexibly to assist the Care Group Management team with Medical Staffing enquiries using initiative and judgement when required.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will administer using the appropriate UHB systems the process of the recruitment of Medical Staff for the Adult Mental Health Directorate.
The Post holder will support the Care group in the delivery of workforce efficiency proposing change when required.
The post holder will need to plan, organise and deliver Medical Staff Departmental Induction programmes.
Day to day management of Trainee Doctors personal records, monitoring of sickness, annual and study leave using tact and compassion, ensuring policies are followed.
Ensure Rotas are developed, working closely with Workforce Team to ensure compliance with EWTD.
Plan rotas and source cover if required at least 6 weeks in advance accurately.
