An exciting opportunity has arose to join a new cross-sector initiative focussed on improving outcomes for children and young people. The Wellbeing Administrator will play a central role in supporting the Wellbeing Co-ordinators, providing an effective administrative service to aid the efficient running of the SPACE Wellbeing Service.
Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesn't mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. This isn't 'fluency', just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health. Main duties of the job
As well as administrative tasks the post holder will collect and input statistical information on client activity in line with both local and national requirements as determined by the Welsh Assembly Government.
The Administrative Assistant will be expected to portray a positive image and be able to liaise in a professional manner with clients, colleagues and visitors to Team.
The post holder will be required to work independently and expected to plan and prioritise own workload, ensuring systems are in place to meet deadline requirements for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, Local Authority and Welsh Assembly Government.
There will be also an expectation to travel across Cwm Taf Morgannwg Localities; Merthyr, Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taff.
