Staff Nurse - PCH Frailty Care of the Elderly, Ward 10

Job summary
The post is that of a Generic Staff Nurse at Prince Charles Hospital and the post holder will be expected to undertake duties within care of the Elderly and frailty ward. They will be expected to work with patients living with dementia and delirium. The post holder will carry out a range of assigned tasks involving direct and indirect care for the benefit of the patient/client in accordance with agreed protocols.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed, and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements, as well as NMC Standards and Codes of Conduct.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality person centred care. We have fantastic opportunities for you to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in an environment which is conducive to learning. We provide all new staff with an induction period.
