An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager to join the Radiology Department within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for the operational and daily management of admin and clerical staff within the Radiology Department within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). They will also provide support to the Radiology Service Management team in implementing organisational changes within the service group.

They will support the management team in the achievement of key operational and strategic objectives for the service, contributing where appropriate to the production of business cases and operational plans. The post holder will also provide support in achieving standards laid out by the Welsh Government.

The post holder will ensure that routine and ad-hoc information is provided to support the monitoring and evaluating the achievement of the service objectives. They will be expected to work closely with other managers to ensure a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of services.

To provide and analyse statistical information and produce reports from RadIS/Soliton, WPAS, Power BI and Synapse/Philips for colleagues/CTMUHB/other agencies as required.

  • Degree Level or equivalent level of skills, experience and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Radiology Services.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures.
