Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB are seeking an exceptional nursing leader to take on the role of Care Group Nurse Director for Unscheduled Care, with focus on driving forward our ongoing service transformation and delivering high-quality, patient centred services.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Service Director for the Care Group and professionally to the Executive Director of Nursing this is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of clinical services and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and patient experience across three acute and two Community Hospitals within a complex integrated health provider in South East Wales. This is a pivotal leadership role, with reach from ward to Board, shaping the development and delivery of nursing across essential frontline clinical services, providing leadership and vision to energise and build teams as well as shaping the workforce for the future.
