Job summary
This post offers an opportunity to an individual with administration experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for retrieval of case notes for Outpatient Clinics and emergency admissions and also the filing back of these case notes in the Filing Library.
The post will be based in the Medical Records Department at the Princess of Wales Hospital and the hours of work will be as follows -
Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 16:30
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will join a well established team of staff who are responsible for the filing and retrieval of case notes within the Filing Library. The successful candidate must be numerate and literate and must be able to work under pressure. On the job training will be provided.
Experience working in a busy office environment is desirable but training on the job will be provided.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
