Main duties of the job
We are currently a 50 bedded unit based in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
Staff are committed to your ongoing professional development and you will benefit from preceptorship and the support of an experienced and enthusiastic multi-professional team, committed to the delivery of excellent patient care.

We provide all new staff with an induction period, a 'buddy' nurse and the opportunity to join our Clinical Supervision programme. We welcome and encourage all enquiries and applications for both full and part time positions.
This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable at Level 3 Speaking/Listening (or 'B1' Level if you've learnt Welsh as an adult). This doesn't mean you have to be 'fluent' or be able to write long reports in welsh; it just means being able to hold simple conversation with a patient.
