Job summary

The administrator will form part of a wider team who will support the Management Team to provide a range of clinical services from the Navigation Hub, adhering to accepted policies and procedures. The administrator will be expected to work closely with Senior Managers and other Navigation Hub staff in order to provide a timely service, being flexible and adaptable according to the changing circumstances of the Hub.

We want to hear from people who are experienced administrators with good keyboard skills who are flexible and adaptable and feel they can meet the challenge of working within this dynamic environment.

Main duties of the job

The administrator will participate in the full range of administration activities for the Navigation Hub, including managing a range of clinical and non-clinical staff rosters on a day to day basis; dealing with GP shift bookings; managing payroll submissions for clinical and non-clinical staff; managing annual leave requests and sourcing backfill; producing performance reports; recording complaints; producing statistical reports dealing with HR queries etc.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
