Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a job share senior nurse post in public health within CTM new specialist immunisation and vaccination team.
The successful candidate will need excellent leadership and management skills to job share with a member of staff to offer a 5 day service per week and work as part of an on call rota to meet needs of the service over 7 days.
Main duties of the job
Be involved in the new design of services . Lead staff in existing teams and support with effective leadership changes to pathways and referral systems.
Ensure AW public health guidance is followed to ensure safe care delivery.
Maintain good governance to ensure quality care is delivered.
