Job summary
The successful candidate will work as part of a nursing team of qualified nurses and health care support workers on Ward 4 YCC to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and to support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.
Main duties of the job
Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field. If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTUHB, where free car parking is available.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
