Job summary

The Integrated Medicine Directorate is looking for two Administration Support Managers to join our team. The vacancys will be located at various sites.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work well as part of a team.

One post will be based at POW and one post based at PCH

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with the Directorate Management Team in overseeing the junior medical workforce. This will include roster management, recruitment, absence monitoring and locum usage where appropriate.

The postholder will also be responsible for the line management of the administrative team within Integrated Medicine at the Princess of Wales Hospital / Prince Charles Hospital.

The postholder will also provide operational support to the directorate in supporting the delivery of services and associated performance indicators.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
