An exciting opportunity to work as part of the Quality Improvement team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, supporting the design and delivery of projects and increasing capability through training and facilitation.

Main duties of the job
Create a culture of quality improvement and organisational reflection, development and learning across CTMUHB, by providing advice, support, coaching and facilitation.
Provide expert facilitation with clinical and corporate teams to drive improvements with efficiencies and productivity to achieve the Quadruple Aim (Improved population health and well-being; Better quality and more accessible health and social care services; Higher value health and social care; A motivated and sustainable health and social care workforce.)
Gather, analyse, interpret, and present a range of quality improvement data and information in written and verbal reports to inform the project teams.
Requires the highest level of interpersonal and communication skills to achieve whole care systems change through quality improvement.
Demonstrate competence and in-depth knowledge of improvement methodologies including the Improvement Cymru Model for Improvement.
Lead situations where potential barriers to acceptance and negativity towards change, for example when presenting analysis of quality and performance data with clinical/management teams.
