Reporting to theAssistant Director of Leadership and Culture, you'll be entrusted with overseeing the implementation of Organisational Development, Learning and Development, as well as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll lead strategic development and operational delivery throughout the organisation, ensuring adherence to national policies while cultivating an environment of inclusivity and engagement.

Envision yourself as the driving force behind CTMUHB's organisational development and inclusion activity. Within this role, you'll assume leadership of talented teams, inspiring them towards excellence, providing guidance and mentorship. Collaborating closely with our Board, you'll shape our strategic trajectory, anchoring our operations in our core values. With your guidance, the organisation will continue on an exciting journey of continuous enhancement, embracing change and innovation.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking an individual who can provide expert guidance on organisational development to navigate the complex terrain of change. When required, you will deputise for the Assistant Director of Leadership and Culture, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our innovative medium and long term strategy which promotes leadership, learning and development and EDI.

You'll contribute to the modernisation of the workforce and lead the delivery of the Integrated Medium Term plan. You will provide highly specialised advice around Organisational Development, working closely with the team to develop an organisation where staff feel valued, supported, involved and engaged, which will all contribute to our healthboard becoming an 'employer of choice'.

You will support service modernisation projects, sourcing and adapting local, national and international intelligence to ensure we have a suitable structure support sustainable change.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
