Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced staff nurse with some palliative care experience to join our Bridgend CNS team. The successful candidate will have a full induction and an opportunity to work as a team with support and gain skills and knowledge on specialist palliative care.
Main duties of the job
The candidate will be able to support the CNS to assess and treat palliative patients in their own homes and offer advice and support . Liaising with District Nursing the candidate will be able to offer support and guidance to patients, families and carers.
This is an opportunity to gain experience and skills as part of career development.
This post is fixed term / secondment for 3 months due to the needs of the service.
