If you are passionate about education and the future of nursing as a profession? As Practice Education Facilitator , you will help guide and inform our future nursing workforce. The successful post-holder you will ensure Practice Assessors/Supervisors are supported to continue to provide an excellent, conducive learning environment in all nursing settings for our Pre-registration nurses and assist them to take action when additional help is required.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Educator to take forward the education agenda across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.The successful candidate will work closely with Nursing , Midwifery, Allied Health Professions colleagues and our University partners to develop, establish and integrate professional learning opportunities for predominantly nursing students across the university healthboard sites.This is an innovative and challenging role that will require excellent networking and communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the nursing pre-registration education requirements to influence and drive the nursing education agenda forward in CTMUHB and Wales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
