Job summary
The post is that of a Staff Nurse and the post holder will be expected to undertake duties on Ward 3 within Prince Charles Hospital. They will carry out a range of assigned tasks involving direct and indirect care for the benefit of the patient/client in accordance with agreed protocols.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed, and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements, as well as NMC Standards and Codes of Conduct.
Main duties of the job
Registered Nurse positions for Ward 3, Prince Charles Hospital Acute Frailty service. The Positions are full time and on a permanent basis, working both days and nights rotational to meet the needs of the service. Ward 3 is a Frailty ward specialising in acute and chronic medical conditions complying with the frailty model with an increased patient turnaround. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a medical ward within an acute hospital setting and experience a new frailty model within CTMUHB.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
