Job summary
The VBHC (Value Based Healthcare) team have established a programme of work to develop a range of patient and workforce reported measures for a variety of service user groups to support the evaluation of the implementation of national delivery plans.
Based within the Value Based Healthcare Team, the post holder will work with and provide effective data entry into the patient experience system and administrative support to the Senior Project Manager, Patient Experience Manager and clinical staff for multiple service user groups within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
Main duties of the job
- Respond to routine enquires from the public, staff, and key stakeholders in the statutory and voluntary sector to determine their requirements and provide information and advice, as appropriate; exercising tact, diplomacy, reassurance and courtesy.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies.
- Offer general assistance to the VBHC and patient experience team whilst providing a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
