Job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Primary Fatigue Service at the beginning of this exciting new service. This is an exciting time for AHPs in CTMUHB. We are looking for visionary team members at all levels to guide and implement service development to be implemented at pace to enable the vision of supporting people in CTMUHB to achieve their maximum potential - physically, cognitively, socially and psychologically. (AHP Framework, 2019).
Main duties of the job
The candidate will be supported in experiencing excellent opportunities for cross discipline working. Key aspects of the role include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychology and GP to undertake specific clinical/therapy based interventions and liaison with wider multi disciplinary teams and third sector to prepare and support people affected by primary fatigue
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- oUnderstanding of health procedures relating to the work area.
- oNVQ Level 3 in relevant subject, or possess skills, knowledge and experience to equivalency.
- oClear understanding of the role of Allied health professionals including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists in this setting

- Teaching or structured education
- NVQ Level 4 in relevant subject.
- Knowledge of fatigue menegement via training and/or work experience
