Job summary
The Corporate Secretary will work as part of a team within a busy office environment, primarily based at the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, ensuring that the duties are undertaken efficiently and pleasantly, reporting any issues, concerns or progress to the Executive Assistant.
To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support as a member of the Corporate Services Team.
This will include organisation and co-ordination of meetings, creating and updating contact lists and meeting schedules, distributing agendas, action note/minute taking, administrative and disseminating information to a range of internal and external contacts.
The ability to follow a range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures and use of various IT packages.
Main duties of the job

The ability to follow a range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures and use of various IT packages (including but not limited to Admincontrol, Microsoft Office, ESR and TRAC)The post requires attention to detail, lengthy periods of concentration, with the ability to deal with unforeseen interruptions and fast changing priorities.

The post holder will be required to travel between community sites to provide secretarial support to off-site meetings.
