The successful candidate will ensure our unregistered workforce attend the All Wales Induction Programme and also Continuous Professional Development days. You will also manage and lead a team of Health care support worker educators.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Educator to take forward the Healthcare support worker education agenda across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
This is an innovative and challenging role that will require excellent networking and communication skills and a thorough knowledge of Healthcare support worker education requirements to influence and drive the education agenda forward in CTMUHB and Wales. Part of the role includes managing educational funding streams and budgets to ensure they are used appropriately and efficiently.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
