The role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys variety of work and engaging with colleagues from across the workforce. As the first point of contact for the Prince Philip Hospital based Workforce Team, the successful individual will be someone who can interact with a wide range of colleagues and who is able to prioritise an ever-changing range of tasks in support of the Workforce team. This post really does provide access to an interesting and exciting portfolio of work.
Main duties of the job
As a member of the Workforce team, you will communicate regularly with Departmental colleagues within Workforce and Organisational Development, and frequently with managers and staff across a number of services on a wide variety of employment-related matters.
With excellent administrative and IT skills, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of employment policy and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcareservices for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
